Hailing from Atlanta, GA, Danielle Kleinman is nearing completion of her M.A. in government, with a focus on diplomacy and conflict resolution and a certification in contemporary Middle Eastern politics. Prior to that, she earned her B.A. in journalism and mass communications, with a concentration in PR and two minors in marketing and Spanish. Her research interests include American politics, American-Israeli relations, public diplomacy, and exploring the fascinating relationship between popular culture and socio-political issues.
Although relocation to D.C. is imminent, you're likely to find her spending the remainder of her Tel Aviv days FaceTiming with her animals, running (courtesy of the Nike app and Beyonce), checking countries off her 'to go to' list (26 so far), consuming everything on both HBO and Netflix (still not sold on Showtime...minus Homeland, of course), and tirelessly pursuing the quest for decent Mexican food this side of the Atlantic.
Just another Georgia peach trying to survive in the Middle East. The usual.
